The Recovery Center of Medina County (RCMC) is dedicated to strengthening communities by supporting individuals and families affected by substance use disorders. Our integrated approach combines recovery support services with vocational training, anchored by our social enterprise: the Sérénité Restaurant and Culinary Institute. Located in Medina, Ohio, we serve individuals in recovery, empowering them with the tools and opportunities needed for long-term stability, independence, and dignity.
We are delighted to report we have a 78% success rate since inception of the Culinary Institute, all of whom have been employed in the culinary profession. We are currently gearing up for a new class of students to start their training.
The key to success is the peer and other program support the student receives during and after their time in the program.
