Operated by the Recovery Center of Medina County, Sérénité provides a 12-month, hands-on culinary training program for individuals in recovery. This initiative will immediately begin preparing the next generation of highly skilled employees—graduates who, after a year of immersive training in both front-of-house and kitchen operations, will be ready to step into careers across Medina County’s restaurants, hospitality venues, and corporations. It’s a proven model that strengthens both our workforce and our community.
